The Project includes the following Work:

• Part A – Scranton Booster Pump Station, including but not limited to: New Duplex Booster Pump Building with 360 gpm pumps; control panel; all interior piping, valves, fittings, all exterior site piping, valves, and fittings; contractor fill site grading; erosion control; seeding and mulching; new driveway pipe; all new site fencing; concrete slab; plumbing, mechanical and electrical work; and the addition of a standby power generator
• Part B – New Holland Booster Pump Station, including but not limited to: New Duplex Booster Pump Building with 42 gpm pumps; control panel; all interior piping, valves, fittings, all exterior site piping, valves, and fittings; new double-swing site gate; erosion control; seeding and mulching; concrete slab; plumbing, mechanical and electrical work; and the addition of a standby power generator
• Part C – Daniels Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation, including but not limited to: New 65 gpm pumps; control panel; replacement interior piping, valves, fittings; new CABC driveway; erosion control; seeding and mulching; and the addition of a standby power generator

• Part D – Electrical, including but not limited to: New Electrical Meter and Service Pole relocation at each site, New Standby Power Generator complete with Automatic Transfer Switch at each site, New SCADA remote terminal units at each site as well as all other items as reflected on the project drawings or included in the contract specifications.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Hyde County at the Hyde County Public Utilities Department located at 1095 Main Street , Swan Quarter, North Carolina, until Wednesday April 16, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. local time.  At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $150.00 for each set.  Make checks for Bidding Documents payable to Green Engineering, P.L.L.C.
